Warranty Policy

Service Scope

i. Warranty Products

This warranty service applies to eligible products sold or distributed by NCK International Corp. (hereinafter referred to as “NCK”) and is available to customers worldwide.

This Limited Warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available to consumers under applicable local consumer protection laws. Where local laws provide consumers with rights that cannot be excluded or limited, such statutory rights shall prevail.

ii. Warranty Period

The product is covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

Customers requesting warranty service are required to provide a valid purchase invoice, receipt, order confirmation, or other acceptable proof of purchase for verification by NCK.

If valid proof of purchase cannot be provided, NCK may determine the applicable warranty period based on the product's manufacturing date. In such cases, warranty eligibility will be calculated based on a period of 18 months from the manufacturing date.

Where applicable local laws require a longer mandatory warranty period, the statutory warranty period required by such laws shall apply.

iii. Warranty Coverage Area

This warranty is applicable worldwide, subject to the availability of warranty service, logistics, and support in the customer's country or region.

Warranty service procedures, including repair, replacement, product return, shipping arrangements, and service location, may vary depending on the customer's country or region.

Additional shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, import charges, or other costs associated with international warranty service may apply unless otherwise required by applicable local law or expressly agreed to by NCK.

iv. Non-Warranty Coverage

The following circumstances are not covered under this Limited Warranty, including but not limited to:

  • Accessories and consumable components are not covered unless otherwise expressly stated by NCK.

  • Cosmetic or surface damage, including scratches, dents, chips, and other external damage, is not covered unless such damage is caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, improper installation or placement, exposure to water or other liquids, submersion, fire, excessive heat, or other external causes is not covered.

  • Damage resulting from use of the product in a manner inconsistent with the product instructions, specifications, or intended purpose is not covered.

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, disassembly, alterations, or servicing performed by any person or service provider not authorized by NCK is not covered.

  • Normal wear and tear or deterioration resulting from ordinary use is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty does not exclude, restrict, or modify any statutory rights that consumers may have under the applicable laws of their country or region.
