Return/Exchange Policy
Cautions!
- During the unboxing process, please be sure to [record the entire process.] In case of any defects, please provide evidence during the return/exchange process to protect your rights!
- Once the product is unsealed, it is considered as used.
- When returning, please ensure that the product, accessories, and packaging remain intact and in new condition.
- If the outer packaging is damaged, please do not sign for it and promptly contact customer service for assistance.

According to the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), members of the MOVA Globes store are entitled to return goods within a 7-day cooling-off/approval period after receiving the product or service. Please note that the cooling-off/approval period is not a trial period, and the returned product must be in a new and unused condition. Returns for products with signs of use or damage due to human factors will not be accepted.

Once the product is unsealed, it affects the return rights. Please maintain the integrity of the product, inner and outer cardboard boxes, packaging, and all included gifts or instructions within the 7-day cooling-off/approval period. Otherwise, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Please confirm the product is correct before starting to use it.

For physical goods, each order is eligible for one return service only. Please confirm that all items in the order are correct before proceeding with the return application.

MOVA online store members enjoy free doorstep return service for physical goods (limited to the main island). To initiate a return, please apply within the 7-day cooling-off/approval period after the product arrives. After the return application is completed, we will contact you within 2-3 business days to schedule a doorstep collection. Once the MOVA Globes store confirms the return, you will receive an email notification. After confirming the return, the MI online store will promptly process the refund (excluding national holidays), and you will receive an email notification after the refund is completed. For outlying islands, due to operational limitations, please confirm and return the product to us as early as possible within the 7-day cooling-off/approval period after the product arrives.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, MOVA Globes store's products, in certain reasonable exceptions, will not accept returns within the 7-day cooling-off/approval period, except for defects in the product or service, without the right to terminate the transaction contract.
After the return application is completed and the refund is processed, the MOVA online store will notify you via email. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the MI online store customer service center. We are here to assist you.

Our customer service representatives will assist in understanding the reasons for the return and the subsequent process.
Please prepare the items you wish to return before the scheduled pickup time set by the system. In addition to the requirement that the returned items must be in new condition, the appearance must maintain 'intact packaging' (Note 1). If it does not meet the 'intact packaging' (Note 1) requirement, the return process may be difficult. We appreciate your understanding.
Note 1: Intact packaging includes, but is not limited to, the main product, protective bag, accessories including acrylic base, inner and outer cardboard boxes, accessory boxes, cushioning materials, and the completeness of accompanying documents and user manuals. If the above conditions are not met, the return process may be difficult.
For single-item returns during the 7-day cooling-off/approval period (not applicable to entire order returns), if you choose the 'Two-Part/Three-Part Electronic Invoice,' the original electronic invoice generated from the initial purchase will be automatically adjusted after the return is completed.

Returned items must be restored to their original condition when you receive them. The product and box must not have scratches, damage, water damage, or any written text, and it must maintain the integrity of related accessories (Note 1).

Please pack the returned items securely with the original packaging box. If the original box is lost, please use another box to cover the original factory packaging. Do not attach stickers or write directly on the original factory packaging, as damage to the original packaging will affect your return rights.
- If the original condition is not restored, a fee for restoring the product to its original state may be charged.
