MOVA Ads Operations
MOVA Ads Operations is an internal software tool operated by NCK INTERNATIONAL LLC, which runs MOVA Globes online stores. It manages the MOVA Globes Google Ads accounts linked to our manager account. Only MOVA's own marketing staff use it, and it is not offered to other advertisers, agencies or the public.
What the tool does
- Reporting: downloads daily campaign, keyword, search-term, asset and conversion performance from MOVA's own Google Ads accounts into our internal database, for dashboards and to reconcile ad results with our store orders.
- Guarded optimisation: proposes changes to budgets, bidding targets, keywords and creative assets on MOVA's own campaigns, and applies a change only within limits that MOVA staff approve in advance. Every change is logged, checked afterwards by reading the account back, and can be rolled back. Some of our accounts are read-only and the tool never changes them.
- Audits: read-only checks of account settings, conversion tracking and change history.
How it connects to Google
The tool connects from MOVA's own servers, mainly through a Google Cloud service account that has been added as a user to each of MOVA's own Google Ads accounts. There is no public "Sign in with Google". Where OAuth is used, only MOVA staff authorise access, and only to MOVA's Google Ads accounts; the tool does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts or other personal Google Account data.
