MOVA Ads Operations — Privacy Notice

Who we are. MOVA Ads Operations is an internal tool operated by NCK INTERNATIONAL LLC ("MOVA", "we"). This notice covers the data the tool obtains from Google APIs. Our general privacy policy for shoppers is at https://movaglobes.store/policies/privacy-policy.

What we access. The tool reads, and with our staff's authorisation changes, data in the MOVA Globes Google Ads accounts linked to our manager account: campaign settings, budgets, keywords, search terms, assets, conversion settings, performance statistics, click-level data (such as the Google click identifier, the keyword and the approximate country of a click) and change history. Change history can include the e-mail addresses of the people or systems that changed an account. The tool does not access Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other personal Google Account data, and it does not offer a public "Sign in with Google".

How we use click data. We match click identifiers with orders placed in our own online stores to measure which ads lead to sales. We do not use Google Ads data to build profiles of individual people or to contact them.

How we use it. We use the data only to report on and manage MOVA's own advertising: dashboards, reconciliation with store orders, automated optimisation within approved limits, and audit logs.

AI processing. Some advertising data, such as search terms and ad text, is analysed by AI models that run on MOVA's own servers. If those servers are unavailable, the data may instead be sent to an AI service provider (OpenAI) through its API.

Storage and security. Data is stored in databases on servers that MOVA controls. Access is limited to authorised MOVA staff through role-based permissions, and credentials are kept in restricted files. Backups are kept in MOVA-controlled storage, including MOVA's Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (SharePoint) accounts.

Sharing. We do not sell Google Ads data or share it with third parties, except for the processing described above or where the law requires it.

Retention. We keep advertising data for as long as we need it for business reporting and audits.
